Another important thing is that,

Booking of playing field.
This year they did not provide the playing field mat/canvas. NJRC also wont sell playing field. However, we are only given dimensions of the field. Chances are we have to go down to science centre itself to test our bots.

Tentatively, the time whereby we can go down to science centre to try out our robot is

19th July 2008. Saturday. 11am to 1pm
26th July 2008. Saturday. 10am to 1pm
2nd August 2008. Saturday. 11am to 1pm
11th August 2008. Monday. 2pm to 6pm
18th August 2008. Monday. 2pm to 6pm

The reason for having our timeslots on sat and mon is because, we all have early dismissal on monday. Saturday is a free day for most. Althought you will have to fork out extra time, I hope you understand. You need not go for all sessions, about 3 will do! Try to bring the group with year1s along :)

*It is unlikely that a club session will be used for the timeslot because year1s have alrdy left for cca and also, there are still other club members who are not doing njrc. So we have to stick to normal club session ending with the same time, same venue.
