Comm Meeting

Anyways, since most of you guys can't make it on 5th and 6th. i think the activity day will probably in week 3! no more drag. it will definitely not be in week one as some of hse have bsp camp and trip :x Suggest a date if you can, no obligations! :D

Agenda outline: it will be basically about informing you guys about your job scope, responsibilities etc. then we will come together to discuss shortly about upcoming events and some hse rules which will be drafted out before meeting. all we have to do is to edit and improve it. try to be present people!
